I am a dedicated attorney with a lifelong commitment to public service and justice. I have a wealth of experience in defending indigent clients in serious criminal cases, prosecuting high-level offenses, advocating for clients in personal injury matters, and working on local governance issues to improve quality of life in El Paso.  I have practiced in both State and Federal courts, where I have vigorously defended and advocated for my clients. I have handled a variety of criminal cases including drug possession, alcohol related crimes, violent criminal offenses and sexual assault crimes. As a prosecutor in the El Paso District Attorney’s Domestic Violence Unit, I stand with survivors to help them navigate the criminal justice system with dignity and strength. I am a true public servant known for my decisive approach, deep respect for due process, efficient case management, and ability to weigh complex legal issues fairly.  I seek to use my public service experience to serve the people of El Paso from County Court at Law Two. My work has been rooted in the core belief that every person that walks into the courtroom deserves to be heard, respected, and treated fairly.
